REFUND and EXCHANGE RULES

OXHIDE offers FREE Refund and Exchange to its customers.

• Send an email to [email protected] using the order id sent to your email, to initiate the refund or exchange process. 
• In case of Refund , shipping charges to be borne by customer. 
• In case of Refund there will be a deduction of 3% commission if payment is done by credit card and 5% if done by Grab pay.
• Refund or exchange to be filed within 7 days. Product should not be used, packing to be preserved
