OXHIDE offers FREE Islandwide shipping to its customers. We absorb the shipping charges
1. All products are shipped within 3 days of receiving the order.
2. Currently, orders are shipped through SingPost.
3. Once the product is handed over to shipping partner, we do not bear any responsibility of delay, breakage of product in transit or loss of products. Products are shipped to you at your risk.
4. Once the product is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
5. If you do not receive any dispatch confirmation after 7 days of placing the order, please call us.
REFUND and EXCHANGE RULES
OXHIDE offers FREE Refund and Exchange to its customers.
1. Send an email to CS@OXHIDELEATHER.SG using the order id sent to your email, to initiate the refund or exchange process. Products are fully refundable and exchangeable.
2. Refund or exchange to be filed within 7days. Product should not be used, packing to be preserved
3. You need to visit our store for refund or exchange
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Oxhide Leather reserves the right to the refund. Its Oxhide leather's prerogative whether to refund or not.
